Location: Chonburi, Thailand
Summary
JLL is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects for Data Centre Campus developments in Chonburi, Thailand. While direct data centre experience is not mandatory, relevant sector experience in complex technical or mission-critical facilities (e.g., industrial, high-tech manufacturing, power infrastructure, or telecom) is highly valued. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict alignment between client requirements and actual site execution. Fluency in Thai/ English and strong stakeholder communication skills are essential, along with the self-discipline to own responsibilities end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear, consistent communication with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Verify that project scope, design intent, and contractual obligations match work executed or planned on-site—identifying and resolving discrepancies early.
- Lead and support full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Conduct regular site inspections to validate progress, quality, safety, and compliance with agreed deliverables.
- Manage and report cost control, change orders, and contractor payment certifications based on verified on-site work.
- Prepare concise project reports, risk assessments, and progress updates for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation measures in collaboration with the client team.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, operations, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless integration and readiness.
- Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience in technically complex environments (data centres preferred but not required; industrial, energy, telecom, or advanced manufacturing accepted).
- Proven ability to align project documentation with real-world site conditions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to build trust and manage expectations at all levels.
- High degree of self-discipline, accountability, and ownership of project outcomes.
- Fluency in Thai (written and spoken); professional English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field will be considered favourably.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid work authorization in Thailand.
