House of Sequence is hiring: Project Manager (Events)

House of Sequence delivers events for corporate clients and brands. We are looking for a Project Manager who turns what we agree with clients into an event that runs on the day, on budget, and reaches the client's target audience.

What you will do

Run each event from award to wrap: timeline, run of show, stage and cues, and lead on site on the day
Be the main client contact once a project is awarded, with weekly progress updates
Own each project budget and report actual cost against budget
Source and negotiate with suppliers
Join client briefings and help shape the solution and the quotation
Plan the PR and marketing for each event so it reaches the client's target audience and meets the client's goals
Coach our project executive team
After every project, write a case study and review the strengths and weaknesses of the event and the team, and what to improve next time

What you bring

3+ years managing corporate or brand events, including events with budgets of THB 2 million or more
Understands event PR and marketing, and how to reach a client's target audience
Confident with budgets and a strong negotiator
Able to call a run of show and cues on your own
Works well independently, makes quick decisions and solves problems on the spot
A team player with leadership skills
Looks for solutions rather than dwelling on problems
Good spoken and written English and Thai
Enjoys coaching others and wants to grow with the company
Available for evenings and weekends around event days
A good sense of fashion, art and lifestyle is a plus

Location: No fixed office. We work from co-working spaces on Sukhumvit, such as Central Embassy, and meet up at convenient spots to work together.
