Job Responsibilities:

. Ensure the execution of the project incompliance with approved drawing and specifications requirements.

. Lead project team so as to deliver the project on time and complete all the works within the project budget.

. Liaison with the User, consultants &Authorities on project matters

. Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start work and settle drawing issue with technical team & consultants

. Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.

. Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation

. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Requirements:

. Degree in Civil Engineering

. 8 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
