Job Description:

Oversee all project activities, the field team, and on-site personnel, ensuring that quality and safety standards are upheld at all times.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, manage budgets and cost control, and comply with contractual scopes and specifications.
Prepare and submit progress reports, progress claims, safety reports, purchase requisitions for materials, and ad-hoc project reports.
Liaise with clients and consultants on design matters, and coordinate with the management team, supply chain, vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal support functions.
Coordinate and communicate with Architects/Consultants/Main Contractors/Vendors/Sub-Contractors/Clients and Authorities.
Take full accountability for the overall financial outcome of each project, regularly monitoring and reviewing progress against the plan, and taking corrective action where necessary to mitigate cost overruns.
Lead the project team in executing projects.
Carry out project planning and resource allocation.
Conduct site surveys (pre-commencement, post-project, etc.).
Handle documentation and communicate effectively with external parties and internal departments (e.g., approval of drawings, samples, schedules, delays, technical clarifications, EOT).
Attend site meetings with customers and vendors.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics), Project Management, or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (CSCPM) or Construction Safety Course for Project Managers - CSCPM Certification.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
Effective communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A good team player who is also able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Eager to learn and possesses a positive attitude with a focus on results
