Project Manager (Retail & Store Development)

We are looking for a Project Manager with 3–6 years of experience in construction, retail, store development, or event/exhibition projects. The ideal candidate has strong project coordination skills and understands how to manage projects in small-to-medium commercial spaces, such as retail stores, malls, exhibitions, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail, store development, renovation, exhibition, and commercial space projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, designers, suppliers, mall teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
• Coordinate construction, installation, renovation, and on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to specifications.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction details to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress checks, identifying and resolving issues during project execution.
• Manage contractors and suppliers, including coordination of quotations, work scopes, quality, and delivery.
• Ensure projects comply with safety requirements, mall regulations, and relevant construction standards.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, construction, retail development, store development, fit-out, exhibition, or event projects.
• Experience managing projects within malls, retail stores, commercial spaces, exhibitions, or brand/event environments is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of construction, renovation, fit-out, and store development processes.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage contractors, suppliers, and multiple project timelines.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools is a plus.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
