Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage construction activities and progress independently.
Responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient workplace environment.
Supervise day-to-day operation of project.
Supervision of workers and subcontractors.
Provide solutions to improve on work methods.
Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.
Conducts safety inspections and enforce good housekeeping practices.
Coordinate the maintenance and operations of M&E services including mechanical servicing and repair work.
To liaise with consultants, client, subcontractors on the progress of M&E works.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

Minimum 5 years construction building experience in Singapore local construction.
Experience with track records in A&A project would be an advantage.
Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates (in order to coordinate with Mandarin speaking consultants, client, subcontractors in regards with the progress of M&E works.)
