Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver projects on time, meeting agreed specifications and contractual requirements.
  • Lead meetings, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and follow through on deadlines.
  • Professionally challenge unreasonable or out-of-scope requests based on contractual terms.
  • Anticipate risks, escalate roadblocks early and agree on practical recovery plans with customers.
  • Take ownership beyond the traditional Project Manager role, proactively supporting broader business and operational needs, solving problems and contributing wherever required to achieve the company's objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience managing software or IT projects.
  • Strong planning, communication and negotiation skills.
  • An independent problem solver who knows how to find and verify solutions using research, AI tools or expert advice.
