Bureau Veritas is looking for a professional Project Manager for planning, executing, and closing projects across various industries particularly in hitech manufacturing, semi-conducting and plant manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project team.
- Monitor Progress of All Works
- Project Execution Plan
- Contract Documents for Signing and Distribution
- Monthly Progress Reports
- Payment Certificates
- Defects & Outstanding Works List
- Contract Completion / Closeout List
- Incident Report (Immediately within 30 minutes when it happened)
- Align Project Procedure with Client's PM prior to work execution.
- Project Closure Report
- Weekly Project Meeting Minutes
- Construction Phase Meeting Minutes
- Monthly Meeting Minutes during DLP Period
- Weekly Updated Action Log
- Weekly Updated Risk Log
- To chair all Meetings as per K2 Request
- Preparation and Issuance of PM Memo/Instruction
- Daily Report of all works carried out by PMC to Client PM
- Weekly Progress Site Walk with GC/LLP and Client PM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, engineering or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
- 3-5 years of project management experience in completed a few major porjects
- Strong organisational abilities with problem solving aptitude
- Excellent communications skills in English and Thai language
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills is required.
