• Manage construction site operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues to prevent delays and disruptions
• Supervise workers and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate project documentation and use systems like Gantt charts to track progress
• Collaborate with procurement teams to minimize delays in delivery and usage of materials
• Control project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure adherence to agreed plans
• Translate technical and complex project information into clear, concise reports for non-technical stakeholders
