We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of our SaaS-based logistics and supply chain management solutions for enterprise customers. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery — from project initiation to customer go-live — while managing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, domain knowledge in logistics, and customer-facing project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery
● Own the complete project lifecycle — planning, execution, delivery, and closure — for SaaS implementation projects in the logistics domain.
● Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with internal and customer stakeholders.
● Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
● Drive governance through regular status reports, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder updates.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
● Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation journey.
● Manage customer expectations, scope changes, and escalations with professionalism and clarity.
● Collaborate closely with customer IT, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth adoption and handover.
● Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to enable long-term partnership and upsell opportunities.
Cross-functional Coordination
● Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Product teams to ensure solution alignment with customer needs.
● Coordinate with internal delivery teams (configuration, integrations, testing, and data migration).
● Ensure dependencies between product development, integrations, and configuration are managed effectively.
● Liaise with external vendors or carriers when applicable.
Change & Risk Management
● Identify potential risks and issues early and drive mitigation plans.
● Manage change requests formally through documentation, effort estimation, and stakeholder approval.
● Contribute to customer change management efforts where required, providing guidance or hands-on support as agreed in the Statement of Work.
Quality & Performance
● Ensure delivery quality by adhering to established project governance and implementation methodologies.
● Track project KPIs (budget, timeline adherence, defect rates, and customer satisfaction).
● Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must-Have:
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
● 5–10 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain domains.
● Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects or large-scale rollouts.
● Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, cloud platforms, and system integrations (ERP, TMS, WMS, APIs).
● Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
