Property Executive (12-hours Night Shift, 2 years Contract)

Join our team as a Facilities Management Specialist, where you will oversee and ensure the delivery of top-notch facilities management services while maintaining high-performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilities management services and ensure compliance with contractual performance standards. Schedule preventative maintenance, pest control, and horticultural services through appointed contractors. Conduct weekly cleaning staff meetings and inspections to uphold cleaning standards. Monitor and deliver Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Investigate and analyze reported incidents to determine causes and prevent future occurrences. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including obtaining quotations and processing invoices. Prepare and consolidate monthly performance reports. Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management. At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management. Experience in Integrated Facilities Management is an advantage. Proactive, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
