Property Listing Agent – Phuket

Lazudi is looking for a motivated and outgoing Property Listing Agent to join our growing Phuket team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and developing new business. Your primary focus will be sourcing and onboarding properties for sale and rent across Phuket. 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach property owners, landlords and developers across Phuket
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing property owners
• Secure new property listings for both sales and rentals
• Prepare and coordinate listing agreements, property details, photographs and supporting documents
• Create, manage and regularly update property listings across Lazudi's website
• Work closely with Lazudi's sales, rental, marketing and operations teams

What We're Looking For

• Confident, professional and comfortable approaching new clients
• A proactive attitude
• Good knowledge of Phuket or a willingness to quickly learn the local market
• Comfortable using online platforms, social media and CRM systems
• Good spoken and written English; Thai language ability is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in real estate but not essential
• Own transportation and the ability to travel to office in Cherngthalay
