The Property New Generation Program is an accelerated development program designed for high-potential graduates and early-career professionals who aspire to become future leaders in Retail Property Management.

This is not a classroom-based training program. You will gain hands-on experience through real business projects, work alongside experienced leaders, rotate across key Property functions, and take ownership of projects from site acquisition to store opening.

What You Will Experience

During the program, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience by working at Lotus's stores and understanding retail operations.
• Rotate across key Property functions to build end-to-end business knowledge.
• Work closely with experienced leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage real business projects with measurable business impact.
• Develop commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities through practical learning.

Key Responsibilities

As a Property New Generation Trainee, you will have opportunities to:

• Identify and evaluate potential retail locations.
• Conduct market research and analyze demographic and commercial data.
• Support feasibility studies and investment analysis.
• Coordinate site acquisition and stakeholder negotiations.
• Participate in store layout planning and design development.
• Assist in construction planning, execution, and project management.
• Monitor project schedules, quality, budgets, and contractor performance.
• Support facility management and store maintenance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful store openings.
• Deliver end-to-end projects from site selection through store launch.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree, Higher Vocational Diploma (HVD), or equivalent in one of the following fields:

• Architecture
• Civil Engineering
• Construction Engineering
• Urban Planning
• Real Estate Development
• Real Estate Research
• Social Research
• Materials Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Geography
• Or other related disciplines

Experience

• Fresh graduates with outstanding academic performance and strong leadership potential are welcome.
• Early-career professionals who are passionate about building a career in Property are encouraged to apply.
• Internship, academic projects, or extracurricular activities related to real estate, architecture, construction, engineering, project management, business analysis, or data analysis will be an advantage.
