Role Summary

We are looking for a QA Automation Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile banking solutions. You will focus on mobile and API automation, covering both functional and non-functional testing while working closely with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for mobile, API, and web applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional testing
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar
• Test mobile applications across iOS and Android
• Perform API testing and automation
• Provide guidance on test planning, automation, and execution strategies
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
• Identify, investigate, and track defects through to resolution
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams in an Agile environment
• Support performance and other non-functional testing where required
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 of experience in QA automation (intermediate to senior levels)
• Native Thai Speaker with conversational English
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Banking or Financial Services experience is required
• Proven experience in test automation framework development using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar
• Strong experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with UI/API test automation and mobile automation
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience designing and implementing scalable automated testing solutions
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with JMeter/performance testing, Espresso, XCUITest, JSON/XML, mock services, or databases is a plus.
