QA Engineer thaws

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and improve product quality.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not broken by new code changes.
• Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency in test case design and execution, as well as defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
