• Ability to lead a team in transitioning from manual to automated testing.
• Experience managing a team of at least 4–5 members.
• Skilled in developing and implementing test strategies.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Possesses an AI-driven mindset.
