The Cloud (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a Thai food manufacturer specializing in high-quality Thai food, ready-to-cook, and semi-processed food products. We serve both local and international markets, with a growing focus on expanding Thai products globally.

The Quality Assurance / Quality Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at our factory in Chonburi, Thailand. The role is responsible for managing QA/QC activities, including quality inspections, documentation, audits, and compliance with food safety standards. You will work closely with production and management teams to identify quality issues, drive corrective actions, and continuously improve product quality and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in QA/QC/DCC, Quality Management, or food manufacturing.
Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, GHP, and food safety requirements; experience with HALAL is an advantage.
Experience in raw material, packaging, in-process, and finished product quality control, including sampling and testing.
Familiarity with basic laboratory testing and equipment, such as pH, Brix, Salt, and Moisture.
Experience with Internal Audits, Nonconformity management, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and quality documentation.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to identify quality issues and recommend practical improvements.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Production, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers, and external auditors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
