Your tasks
Ensure product quality meets internal and customer specifications
Manage customer complaints and claimed parts
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Coordinate PPAP/PSW for new projects and changes
Develop and update PFMEA and Control Plans
Support internal and external audits
Lead quality activities for engineering changes and ramp-up
Monitor suppliers and corrective actions
Oversee inspection staff competency
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
68 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma)
Solid understanding of statistical methods
Extensive experience with automotive core tools, including SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and PPAP
Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding GD&T
Basic knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 standards
Good communication skills in both Thai and English
