Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Salary: 55,000 - 65,000
Respinsibilities:
- Monitor and control quality during all stages of the production process.
- Conduct in-process inspections and internal quality audits.
- Identify quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain quality-related documentation such as control plans, inspection records, and standard work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare and analyze quality performance data and report on trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or in-process quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies: 5Why, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to speak English.
