Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

Job Description

• Support Day andNight shift Process inspection LSR, Molding and Assembly.
• Support Day andNight shift Product inspection at Assembly production.
• Perform daily audit for 5S level, pre-analyze the risk and apply escalation flow if deviation was found.
• Confirm Process release and machine cleanliness at Assembly production.
• Perform and coordinate inline test for of each product with QMM2 according to control plan.
• Keep sample the product audit and safe launch to QMM2 testing.
• Provide quality topic in manufacturing(Confirm NOK part, Measurement defect, training quality issue topic both customer and internal and CKD issue).
• Make the request for special analysis of tests and/or measurements of components when required.
• Control nonconforming blocking part.
• Build activities and find opportunities to improve quality together with other department.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational, diploma education or a related technical field.
• At least 2years of work experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or Manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Quality Technician in quality areas and shop floor area.
• Quality mindset,Systematic Thinking and Communication skills is required.
• Knowledge of 5S and 14Q.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Able to read and write in English.
