Quantity Surveyor

One of the world's largest quantity surveying and construction cost consultancies with offices worldwide is currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors for Thailand to meet the demands of our growing business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare cost estimates and cost studies throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage tender processes, including preparation of tender documents, BOQ, tender queries, bid evaluations, and tender recommendations
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets, identify cost variances, and provide recommendations to maintain effective cost control
• Review and assess contract matters, Variation Orders (VO), claims, and other commercial issues in accordance with the contract requirements
• Review and certify interim payment applications, contractor claims, and support the preparation and agreement of final accounts
• Prepare cost and commercial reports and coordinate with the Client, PM/CM, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate commercial deliverables

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering;
• Work Experience of 1 to 4 years if preferred.
• Experience in Glodon, Costx and Auto Cad will be added advantage.
• Remunerations will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
