R&D Test Sr. Engineer (Automotive Business Unit)

Job Summary:

• Participate in development of testing strategies, test procedures and test plans to verify firmware of power supplies, onboard chargers or related products and collaborate with the firmware design engineers and production team to resolve firmware issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality firmware solutions. Candidate will have opportunity to work closely with well-known European or US EV makers.

Major responsibility:

• Develop manual and automated tests based on project requirements and customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain automotive specific test environments, test setups, and test procedures.
• Collaborate with firmware design engineer to validate firmware functionality in automotive applications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure the product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Computer relate field.
• Experienced in automotive industry is a plus.
• **Foreigners candidates are welcome but have to had experiences related to the requirements(At least 7+years of experience).

Skills:

• Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++/C#/VB.Net/Python. Knowledge of CAN/LIN protocol.
• Knowledge of testing environment on automotive.
• Experience in CANoe/vTeststudio/PCAN-Explorer and test developments will be added advantage.
• Verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Able to travel overseas to Europe, China.
