Join our customer's team as a React Frontend Lead, where you'll take ownership of building high-quality, responsive web applications. You will guide frontend development best practices, collaborate across teams, and deliver user-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of frontend features using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code following modern frontend standards.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communicate clearly to align requirements and deliver impactful outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with React.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven experience building responsive, user-centric interfaces.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
