Role Description The Real Estate Agent at Thai Nexus is a full-time, on-site role based in Hua Hin. The agent will help clients find, evaluate, and secure residential and commercial properties, guiding them through the entire leasing or purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing listings and marketing materials, answering inquiries, negotiating offers, and coordinating with owners, legal partners, and other stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying informed about local market trends and regulations, and providing clear guidance to clients, including those relocating from abroad. The agent is expected to deliver high-quality customer service and collaborate closely with the wider Thai Nexus team to support clients long-term stay and relocation needs.
Qualifications

Valid Real Estate License and demonstrated knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
Practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including leasing and sales.
Strong Sales skills with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and clear, professional communication.
Fluency in English; Thai language skills or other languages are an advantage.
Familiarity with Hua Hin and the surrounding property market is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain organized documentation.
Comfort using digital tools for property listings, client communication, and basic reporting.
