Position: Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (5 Days/Week)

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our APAC recruitment team. This is a fully remote role focused on hiring top IT talent, particularly for the Thailand market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across various roles and domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles.
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders in English.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in the APAC region).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Prior experience in recruiting for Thailand or APAC markets is a plus.
