About the role

Mentaris Asia is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Thailand. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients, connecting top talent with leading organisations across IT, non-IT and specialist roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding requirements and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and your own networks.
• Screen and assess candidates against client requirements and company culture.
• Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and accurate records in the ATS or CRM.
• Meet monthly KPIs for submissions, interviews and placements.

Requirements

• Local Thai with fluent Thai and good English (spoken and written).
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, agency or in-house. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience sourcing on LinkedIn and job portals such as JobThai and JobsDB.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, organised and able to work independently.
