Recruitment Officer

Auto Motion Works is an automated warehouse systems manufacturer and integrator that delivers solutions to optimize space, increase efficiency, and automate tasks within warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand headcount needs and role requirements
• Prepare and post job advertisements, and source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resume and conduct initial phone screenings; schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and relevant teams
• Keep candidates informed of their progress throughout the hiring process, including onboarding
• Prepare recruitment reports
• Support Employer Branding activities, such as job fairs and engagement events with educational institutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, automotive, electronics, or technical service businesses will be given special consideration
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate with both internal and external parties
• Ability to manage multiple urgent positions simultaneously
• Knowledge of Thai labor law and employment regulations.
• Experience as a senior or mentor to a team will be considered an advantage
