Regional Finance Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional business leaders to shape business strategies, drive profitability and optimise capital deployment in line with corporate objectives.
• Lead mid-term planning, budgeting, forecasting and target-setting processes, establishing KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Analyse financial results, revenue drivers, pricing, volume mix and customer profitability while strengthening cost controls and workforce planning.
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives, capital investments and commercial negotiations, including post-investment reviews.
• Provide financial analysis, business case development and approval support for potential acquisitions and investment opportunities.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales, pricing and cost data, maintaining consistent financial processes and alignment across business systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 10 years of finance experience, including a Finance Business Partnering role with the ability to align financial performance with business strategy.
• Strong business understanding, commercial mindset and ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business functions, supported by excellent communication and presentation skills.
