Job Description
- Act as a strategic business partner to the regional leadership team, supporting growth strategy and long-term value creation.
- Lead the finance agenda across planning, performance management, commercial finance, operations finance, governance, and risk management.
- Drive the development and execution of multi-year strategic plans and investment priorities.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align objectives and influence key business decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the region.
- Monitor and improve business performance across revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital metrics.
- Provide financial analysis, scenario planning, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, statutory reporting, tax governance, and audit readiness.
- Lead supply chain finance activities, including productivity initiatives, investment evaluation, and efficiency improvements.
- Partner with commercial teams to optimise pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through finance transformation, process optimisation, and digitalisation initiatives.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team through coaching, succession planning, and capability development.
- Strengthen governance frameworks and safeguard organisational assets through robust risk management practices.
- Communicate complex financial information effectively to senior stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within FMCG or a consumer-driven industry.
- Strong expertise across FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, controllership, and supply chain finance.
- Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders within complex regional or matrix organisations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities, with strong English proficiency.
