Job Description

Now we are looking for professional HRBP who will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across Southeast Asia, driving people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability. This role partners closely with country leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives while ensuring consistency and compliance across regional markets.

What you will do :

  • Partner with regional and country leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory across multiple Southeast Asian markets, including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management initiatives across the region.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop leadership capability through targeted development programs and coaching.
  • Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment between business goals, employee objectives, and reward frameworks.
  • Support organizational restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and transformation projects from a people perspective.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to develop hiring strategies and ensure the attraction of high-caliber talent.
  • Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while maintaining consistent HR standards across the region.
  • Facilitate regional talent reviews, succession planning discussions, and high-potential employee development programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on employee relations, workforce challenges, and organizational effectiveness issues.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Service teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Who we looking for :

  • 8-15+ years of progressive HR experience, including Regional HRBP responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries within Southeast Asia.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, change management, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior executives and business leaders.
  • Native-level proficiency in Thai, including reading, writing, and spoken communication.
