We provide high-quality 1-to-1 English classes for children and young learners worldwide, supported by professional teachers from the Philippines and North America. As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our local and regional Human Resources team.

About the Role

We are hiring a Regional HR Specialist (Senior/Junior) to support a full range of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.

This role will work closely with local and regional stakeholders. If you are a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and taking ownership of end-to-end HR matters, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offer management, and hiring coordination.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Employee Relations: Partner with managers on employee performance, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• HR Advisory: Serve as a key point of contact for employees on HR policies, workplace concerns, and employee-related matters.
• Compensation & Benefits: Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• HR Operations: Compliance, People Development etc.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3years of HR experience, with broad exposure across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, and HR administration
• Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Language & Culture

• Strong English communication skills for working with local and regional stakeholders
• Basic Mandarin is a plus
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international, and collaborative environment
