Regional Market Manager

Provide in-market sales operations support for an assigned ASEAN country as the regional office's representative embedded in-market. Act as a partner to the local sales organization, helping execute regional sales programs and providing direct market visibility to regional leadership.

Job Description:

• Support the local sales team in executing regional reporting and performance tracking processes
• Partner on aged inventory clearance planning and monthly dealer sales target rollout
• Support Area Managers in shifting toward structured, data-informed dealer performance conversations
• Provide direct, candid updates to regional leadership ahead of regular performance reviews
• Support local marketing activation planning, ensuring proper sequencing with ground activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Business, Commerce, or Management
• 5+ years in automotive field sales or retail performance roles in ASEAN
• Proficiency in sales pipeline/CRM analysis and dealer target-setting
• Professional proficiency in English and strong understanding of ASEAN markets
• Willingness to relocate to another ASEAN market if required
