Remote Drafter

Company Overview:

The company is a leading Singapore-based company in the building and construction industry with extensive experience in general building and civil engineering works.

Seeking a Remote Drafter to support the construction and engineering projects by preparing accurate technical drawings and documentation. This role plays an important part in ensuring design plans are translated into clear and precise drawings that support project execution.

The ideal candidate is reliable, committed to long-term growth, and able to maintain strict confidentiality when handling company and client project information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and construction plans based on project requirements.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, and engineering specifications into accurate CAD drawings.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all drawings follow industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organised records of drawings, revisions, and documentation.
• Support the team with drafting updates and technical documentation for ongoing construction projects.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information, ensuring all project materials remain private and secure.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in 3D rendering and 2D drafting.
• Several years of drafting experience in construction, civil engineering, or related industries. Portfolio is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, or other similar drafting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Professional mindset with strong integrity and respect for confidentiality.
