We serve a large variety of end markets and our products can be found in thousands of consumer products around the world. These include foods&bevergaes, food services, taste&flavor for foods, pet foods.

The Mighty is seeking for a highly dedicated individual to join our team as an R&D Supervisor. This position is based in Ayutthaya, Thailand and will report to R&D Manager.

How You Will Contribute

Initiate and develop new products, new concepts and new applications.
Maintain and update information about food trends and technology, food safety, raw materials, food regulations.
Develop and improve applications using knowledge of industrial standards, country specific and client requirements.
Work in a close collaboration with Sales/Marketing and other departments to support the project.
Manage and supervise team members to develop prototype to meet customer needs.

What you will need to be successful

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Sciences or related field
About 2-3 years experience in R&D, production, QA or related field
Knowledgeable in various food technology, applications, food safety, raw materials, food regulations
Experiences in culinary and meat processing will be given special consideration.
Communication and presentation skills
Good command of English
