Job Description

1. Customer Service Management
1.1 To check up and giving an suggestion/ feedback to employees of both service and quality of foods sections
1.2 To check the customers satisfaction by asking a comments from them (customers)
1.3 Be able to solve the problems immediately with politely manners and attitude (to contribute 100% satisfaction to customers).
1.4 Be able to manage and driving the shop to meet the QSC
2. Sale Management
2.1 Be able to manage sale and organize the sale policy
2.2 Be able to follow up and explain the sale promotion to employees. To ensure they understand about the benefits of promotion.
2.3 Giving a suggestion and comment to increase sale
2.4 To prepare and produce the products
3. Cost management and maintaining the expenses
3.1 Be able to organize to order the stock for next day
3.2 To check the inventory and analysis cost
3.3 Maintain the expense within the shop
3.4 To record and prepare the expense list form
4. Personnel Management
4.1 Recruitment and selection
4.2 Training and development
4.3 Manage and arrange the working table
4.4 Appraisal/ Promotion/ Warning
4.5 Payroll under the company's policy and law
5. General coordinate and management
6. Perform other duties as required
Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in any related fields.
• Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
• Excellence skill in computer literature
• Thai Nationality Only
