Role Description The Restaurant Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok at our Flagship Outlet Mango Tree, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. This role includes supervising front-of-house staff, managing shift schedules, and supporting team members in delivering high-quality customer service. The Restaurant Supervisor monitors food and beverage quality, maintains cleanliness and safety standards, and ensures that guests needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Additional responsibilities include handling customer feedback, coordinating with kitchen and management teams, assisting with training new staff, and supporting inventory and basic administrative tasks.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, shift management, and staff coaching.
- Candidates should possess customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and resolving issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of food & beverage operations, including basic food safety, service standards, and menu familiarity.
- Relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and service quality.
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems; fluency in Thai and working English are beneficial.
- Open to Thai and Burmese ONLY with valid working permits***
