Retail Associate/ Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Sales, Senior, Supervisor Associate, Bacha Coffee to join our thriving retail team at our store in Bangkok. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales across our premium coffee bean product range. As a key member of our sales team, you will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding in-store experience and contributing to the overall growth and success of our Bacha Coffee brand.

Job Description:

1. Provide knowledgeable and engaging product recommendations to customers, ensuring they leave with the perfect coffee beans to suit their needs
2. Expertly operate the point-of-sale system and cash handling procedures
3. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain an appealing and well-presented store
4. Collaborate with the wider retail team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
5. Proactively identify and address customer queries or concerns, delivering exceptional customer service at all times
6. Participate in product training and development to continuously expand your coffee expertise

Qualification:

1. Minimum 2 years experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the coffee or specialty food industry
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the unique characteristics of various coffee bean varieties
4. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and contributing to the success of a retail operation
5. Enthusiasm for working as part of a team and a positive, can-do attitude
6. Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
