Job Summary

The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for leading the expansion and revenue performance of Fastship physical outlets across diverse strategic locations. This role focuses on developing growth strategies, acquiring high-volume sellers (exporters), and maximizing sales performance in key retail and wholesale hubs such as Pratunam, Ratchada, Chiangmai and Chatuchak.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Location Strategy: Develop and execute location-specific growth plans to increase market share in high-traffic wholesale and retail districts.
  • Seller Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new customers or professional sellers looking to export products, specifically targeting businesses within the vicinity of physical branches.
  • Sales Performance Management: Set, monitor, and drive sales targets (KPIs) for each branch, ensuring every location meets its revenue growth objectives.
  • Territory Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to launch localized promotional activities that attract nearby sellers to the Fastship outlets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop branch teams across different locations to transition from a service-only mindset to a proactive sales and acquisition mindset.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze local competitor activities and seller trends in areas like Pratunam and Chatuchak to recommend service or pricing improvements.
  • Operations & SOPs: Implement and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that ensure fast, efficient export processing while maintaining high brand standards across all sites.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail operations or sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multiple branch locations.
  • Strategic Growth Mindset: Proven track record in business development, customer acquisition, or territory management within the logistics or retail sector.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business dynamics in Pratunam, Ratchada, and Chatuchak, including the needs of export-oriented sellers.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to manage remote teams and maintain high performance across geographically dispersed outlets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate with strategic partners and build relationships with high-value sellers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
