Job Summary
Fraser Suites Bangkok in Thailand is slated to open in 2026. The Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing reservations and channel distribution on day-to day operations. The role combines pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and inventory control with day-to-day management of booking channels and reservation teams.
Responsibilities
Core
Revenue Strategy
- Lead and execute revenue management and distribution strategies to achieve targets for ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and GOP
- Manage day to day yield operations includes daily pick-up analysis, strategy analysis & adjustments, historical data & future trend analysis.
- Perform historical data analysis to support future planning.
Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy
- Develop and implement pricing strategies by segment (transient, corporate, group, wholesale, OTA).
- Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning.
- Analyse and communicate group, wholesale, and transient pace to ensure optimal pricing strategies.
Systems & Data Management
- Ensure accuracy and quality of data inputs (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).
- Oversee configuration and validation of systems (RMS, PMS, CRS, CRM, Channel Manager, Booking Engine).
- Collaborate with Reservations and Distribution teams to maintain system efficiency.
Reporting & Revenue Meetings
- Lead weekly revenue meetings and outcome driven strategy discussions.
- Generate and present reports highlighting key trends and insights.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales and Reservations teams.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate the revenue and reservations team.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Conduct team briefings and training sessions to enhance capabilities.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Analysis
- Participate in budgeting and business planning processes.
- Conduct revenue forecasting and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare comprehensive end-of-month revenue analysis, including performance vs. budget, forecast accuracy, and market benchmark comparisons
- Present monthly results and strategic insights to hotel ownership, including actionable recommendations to drive future performance
- Ensure alignment and follow-up on agreed actions across Sales, Reservations, and Operations teams
Corporate Alignment & Compliance
- Work closely with corporate and cluster teams.
- Ensure systems and processes align with company best practices and SOPs.
- Support consistent implementation of organizational revenue strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or commercial roles within the hospitality industry.
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Strong understanding of PMS systems and hotel operational software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and corporate teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
