Risk Management Assistant Manager

Job Description

■ Corporate Planning

• Management of the Management Committee as a Regional Headquarters, including the Regional Operating Committee, Top Management Review, Presidents Meeting, and Business Progress Meeting.
• Support the preparation of documents and materials for corporate meetings.
• Support proposals for mid-term regional policies in collaboration with the Senior Manager.

■ Risk Management

Risk Assessment & Monitoring

1. Facilitate periodic risk assessments across Asia and Oceania.
2. Consolidate and analyze risk assessment results to identify regional priority risks.
3. Monitor emerging risks and regularly report key risks and updates to the Manager/Senior Manager.

Risk Mitigation & Action Tracking

1. Coordinate the development of risk mitigation plans for high-priority risks.
2. Monitor the implementation progress and effectiveness of risk countermeasures.
3. Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and target completion dates for mitigation activities.

Regional Coordination

1. Act as the focal point between the Asia and Oceania Risk Management Office, Company Group, and functional risk coordinators.
2. Collect, consolidate, and communicate risk-related information across countries and functions.
3. Facilitate risk management meetings, workshops, and consensus-building discussions, as required.

Reporting & Management Support

• Prepare risk reports, presentations, and management materials for Risk Management Committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Risk Management, Corporate Planning, Business Planning, Finance, Internal Control, Internal Audit, or related functions.
• Experience in a multinational company or regional operations is preferred.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and driving organizational initiatives.
• Experience in governance, compliance, crisis management, or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is highly desirable.
• Good command of written and spoken English, with a TOEIC score of 700 or above.

Working Location: Sarasin Building, Silom, Bangrak, Thailand

Working Hour: Flexible time from 07.30 - 09.00 AM
