Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the enterprise risk management framework across Headquarters and affiliated manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with the Company's strategic objectives, governance standards, and risk appetite.
- Establish a structured process for risk identification, assessment, prioritization, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting across corporate, commercial, operational, manufacturing, financial, compliance, and strategic risk areas.
- Partner closely with Headquarters functions and Manufacturing teams to identify key business and operational risks and develop practical mitigation and control measures.
- Maintain and regularly update the corporate and manufacturing risk registers, ensuring clear risk ownership, mitigation actions, timelines, and accountability across relevant functions.
- Facilitate periodic risk assessments and workshops with business and functional leaders to identify emerging risks, evaluate potential business impact, and determine appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
- Assess operational and manufacturing risks across production planning, capacity, machinery, material sourcing, product quality, inventory, warehouse, supply chain, workplace safety, and business continuity.
- Work closely with Manufacturing management to evaluate production-related risks and strengthen preventive controls to minimize operational disruption, quality issues, financial losses, and reputational exposure.
- Assess corporate and commercial risks across business operations, financial exposure, contractual obligations, third-party relationships, information management, regulatory requirements, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk thresholds, and monitoring mechanisms to provide early warning of significant or emerging risk exposures.
- Monitor risk trends and significant incidents, conduct root cause analysis where appropriate, and work with relevant teams to establish corrective and preventive action plans.
- Develop and coordinate Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) across Headquarters and Manufacturing to strengthen organizational resilience and operational readiness.
- Coordinate business impact assessments and scenario planning for critical operations, including potential disruption to manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, systems, workforce, and other business-critical activities.
- Support crisis management and incident response processes by establishing escalation protocols, response procedures, roles and responsibilities, and recovery plans for material business disruptions.
- Review major projects, investments, operational changes, new business initiatives, and significant contracts from a risk perspective and provide recommendations to management prior to implementation where required.
- Partner with Internal Audit, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other functions to strengthen internal controls and ensure appropriate risk mitigation across the organization.
- Monitor relevant regulatory, compliance, operational, and industry developments that may create new or emerging risks for the Company and its manufacturing operations.
- Prepare regular enterprise risk reports, risk dashboards, heat maps, and management updates highlighting key exposures, mitigation progress, emerging risks, and matters requiring management attention.
- Present significant risk matters and recommendations to Senior Management and relevant governance committees to support informed business decision-making.
- Promote risk awareness and strengthen risk ownership across Headquarters and Manufacturing through training, communication, workshops, and ongoing engagement with risk owners.
- Drive continuous improvement of risk management policies, methodologies, tools, reporting standards, and governance processes to strengthen the Company's overall risk management capability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, Business Continuity, or related functions.
- Strong experience in enterprise risk management with practical exposure to both corporate/headquarters and manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and operational risks, including production processes, supply chain, procurement, inventory, machinery, product quality, workplace safety, and business interruption.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, internal controls, risk registers, KRIs, risk heat maps, and mitigation planning.
- Experience in Business Continuity Management, Business Impact Analysis, crisis management, or disaster recovery planning is highly preferred.
- Ability to conduct structured risk assessments, root cause analysis, scenario analysis, and develop practical risk mitigation and corrective action plans.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex operational and business risks into clear management insights and recommendations.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with senior management and operational teams, particularly Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, IT, HR, and Internal Audit.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive risk ownership without relying solely on direct authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to prepare concise risk reports and communicate key risk matters to Senior Management.
- Good command of Thai and English.
- Professional certifications such as CRMA, CIA, CERM, ISO 31000, CBCI, or equivalent risk/business continuity certifications would be an advantage.
- Analytical, independent, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with strong judgment and the ability to balance risk management with practical business requirements.
