Job Title: Quantexa Product Specialist

Location: Pan India

Experience: 5-15 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantexa Product Specialist to join our Financial Crime & Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Quantexa development and implementation, with exposure to AML, Financial Crime Compliance, Banking, and Risk Analytics solutions.

Key Requirements

• Quantexa Certified Developer.
• Experience in Analysis, Design, and Development of Quantexa projects.
• Experience working on Quantexa modules including:
• Entity Resolution (ER)
• Network Graph
• Risk Scoring
• Hands-on experience with Scala, Spark, Hadoop, Java, Python, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with ETL technologies such as Informatica, Ab Initio, or similar data processing frameworks.
• Experience in parsing, data quality remediation, and large-scale data processing.
• Experience developing and maintaining Unix Shell Scripts.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Elastic, and Tomcat.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with Banking, AML, Financial Crime Compliance, KYC, CDD, or Client Lifecycle Management domains.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system resources.
• Experience building and maintaining data processing and analytics pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, documentation, and design principles.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc (IT) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of Banking and Financial Crime domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Quantexa Data Engineer Certification.
• Exposure to architecture and design frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps toolchains and automation.
• Big Data implementation experience.
• Financial Crime transformation projects.
