Runner (3-4 months contract)

Support the boutique team by ensuring smooth back-of-house operations, timely stock movement, product availability, and an exceptional client experience. The Runner plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting sales achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Stock & Inventory Support

• Retrieve products promptly for Sales Associate during sales transactions.
• Replenish products on the sales floor and maintain stock availability.
• Receive, unpack, label, and organize merchandise deliveries.
• Support stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Ensure stockroom organization and accuracy.

Boutique Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with packaging, transfers, and product movements between locations.
• Support store opening and closing activities.
• Follow all company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.

Client Experience Support

• Ensure Sales Associate receive requested products quickly and accurately.
• Assist with gift wrapping and preparation of client purchases.
• Help maintain excellent service standards by supporting the sales team efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, warehouse, or stockroom experience is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
