Role Description

This is a full-time role for both S&A and MEP Quantity Surveyors at WT Thailand located in Bangkok. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for performing cost control and cost planning, managing budgets, and creating detailed cost reports throughout project cycles. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quantity surveying services for building construction and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines within Digitical Infrastructure and building construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Can do attitude and analytical approach to prblem solving
  • Proficiency in cost control and cost management techniques to monitor project expenses effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing BOQs and engaging in detailed cost planning processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate cost reporting and budget tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • A can-do attitude will be well recieved with on-the-job training & support provided.
  • A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with building construciton and or MEP systems and processes for construction projects is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project stakeholders and team members effectively.
