Sales And Marketing Intern

Company Description SoWell is a wellness ecosystem dedicated to enhancing guest experiences for hotels and properties. The company designs and delivers tailored wellness experiences, programs, and protocols in collaboration with expert facilitators and wellness brands.

Role Description The Marketing & Sales Intern is a full-time, paid, hybrid role based in Bangkok, with some work from home. You'll help us find and reach new hotel and residential partners, and keep the SoWell brand active online.

You'll research properties and decision makers, build lead lists, send first outreach by Instagram, LinkedIn and email, follow up, and book calls. You'll keep our CRM up to date and report weekly on outreach and results. On the marketing side, you'll help plan and post content, turn event photos and videos into posts, and reply to messages and enquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication in English. Thai is a strong plus
• Comfortable reaching out to people you don't know, and following up
• Organized with lead lists, CRMs and spreadsheets
• Hands-on with Instagram and basic content tools (Canva, CapCut or similar)
• Curious about how hotels and properties work
• Studying or graduated in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field (preferred, not required)
• Interest in wellness, hospitality and guest experience is a plus
