The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while contributing to the boutique's sales performance and overall business growth. This role requires a strong passion for luxury retail, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to embody and communicate Dior's values through every client interaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive product sales and contribute to the overall growth of the boutique
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques, strong product knowledge, and clienteling
- Identify clients needs and expectations to ensure a successful and satisfying sales journey
- Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and support departmental objectives
- Contribute positively to team performance through strong collaboration and a results-driven mindset
Client Development
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure a consistent and elevated level of service
- Welcome clients warmly and represent the boutique with professionalism and sophistication
- Strengthen client engagement and relationship by conveying Dior's values and delivering a memorable brand experience
- Maintain and update the client book, developing meaningful relationships that support repeat business and client retention
.Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with company standards
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent cross-selling abilities to maximize client satisfaction and business opportunities
Back-Office & Boutique Support
- Support stock management and related back-of-house operations
- Ensure the selling floor is maintained to the highest standards at all times
- Uphold visual merchandising, housekeeping, and Christian Dior boutique standards
- Execute delegated tasks efficiently and accurately to support smooth boutique operations
PROFILE
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or client service, preferably within a luxury consumer goods environment
- Good command of Thai; fluency in one or more foreign languages is an advantage, with Mandarin Chinese preferrence
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent cross-selling and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, with strong communication abilities and a client-focused mindset
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Genuine passion for luxury and strong interest in the retail and fashion industry
