Job Summary**

Pop Mart Hong Kong Limited is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Icon Siam store. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an engaging store environment to promote our unique art toys and collectibles.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed information about Pop Mart's brands, artists, and collectible series.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring proper product placement.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving new shipments, and report any discrepancies or stock shortages to management.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product releases, promotions, and company news to effectively communicate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, health, and safety.

Job Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or with collectible/toy products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for engaging with people.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight as required for stock replenishment.
  • Fluency in Thai and English is preferred.
  • A keen interest in art toys, collectibles, or pop culture is highly desirable.
