SALES DIRECTOR

Role Overview

Drive new-logo business development especially across key target logos in ASEAN Banking & Financial Services and Private Equity sectors. Build senior client relationships, identify opportunities and lead deals from origination through closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a new-business strategy for target accounts.
• Leverage an established network across ASEAN Banking & Financial Services and Private Equity.
• Develop CXO-level relationships and create new client opportunities.
• Originate and close large, complex AI, technology and digital transformation deals.
• Position Virtusa's capabilities across Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Application Modernization and Managed Services.
• Partner with Consulting, Solutioning and Delivery teams to shape differentiated propositions.
• Build a strong qualified pipeline and own sales targets through closure.

Ideal candidate:

• 12-18+ years in IT Services / Technology Consulting / Digital Sales.
• Proven new-logo hunting track record in Singapore.
• Strong CXO network within Banking Financial Services and / or Private Equity.
• Experience selling complex technology solutions and large deals.
• Strong commercial, influencing and negotiation skills.
