Position: Sales Engineer Residential Pump Solutions

Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to expand sales and build strong partnerships with distributors, dealers, and retail networks for residential pump products. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen to grow market presence, strengthen channel networks, and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Development & Retail Expansion
- Develop and execute monthly sales strategies to recruit, onboard, and enhance dealer and retail service partner networks.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential distributors and retail outlets for residential pump solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Organize product training sessions, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives to support channel partners.
2. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with dealers and retail customers.
- Meet or surpass monthly and annual sales targets for residential pump products.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the residential market segment (e.g., water supply systems, booster pumps, garden pumps).
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and promotional programs tailored to retail channels.
3. Dealer Support & Market Activation
- Provide technical guidance and after-sales support to dealers and retail service partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Track dealer performance and implement action plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
4. Market Insights & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and retail market trends.
- Suggest product positioning and promotional approaches based on market intelligence.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 35 years of sales experience in residential pumps or related industries (water systems, home appliances, plumbing equipment).
- Demonstrated success in channel development and retail sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Thai and strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred:
- Solid understanding of residential pump systems and applications.
- Experience conducting dealer training and retail activation initiatives.
- Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively.
