Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will work at the intersection of technical expertise and sales, providing technical support to clients, assisting in the design of tailored warehouse solutions, and actively participating in the sales process. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and technical presentations, discussing technical requirements with clients, and ensuring solutions align with their operational needs. Collaboration with internal teams and dedication to excellent customer service are vital in this role.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of work experience.
- Interested in technology and automation systems, and curious about how real-world warehouses operate.
- Curious, willing to ask questions, eager to learn, and motivated to develop yourself.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in an easy-to-understand way.
- Willing to visit work sites, observe real operations, and learn from hands-on experience.
- Able to work well with other teams, such as engineering, service, project, and system design teams.
- Responsible, organized, and able to complete assigned tasks.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge, with the ability to read and explain drawings.
- Fluent in Thai. Ability to read or communicate in English is an advantage.
- Has a Thai driver's license
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and Auto Motion Works solutions.
- Attend customer meetings to present the company, understand customer problems, requirements, and warehouse operating processes.
- Visit customer sites to help collect data through site surveys and coordinate with the engineering team to design suitable solutions.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and other customer presentation documents.
- Assist in preparing conceptual design proposals and explaining the designs to customers.
- Follow up on tasks with internal teams, such as the design team and project team.
- Learn the end-to-end sales process, from the initial customer discussion through to project delivery.
- Visit customer sites to learn about installation, system testing, and customers real-world usage.
- Continuously develop knowledge of technology, automation systems, and business problem-solving.
